2. 25 And they did commit murder and plunder; and then they would retreat back into the mountains, and into the wilderness and secret places, hiding themselves that they could not be discovered, receiving daily an addition to their numbers, inasmuch as there were dissenters that went forth unto them.

25 이리하여 그들이 살인과 약탈을 자행하고, 그러고 나서는 산으로, 또 광야와 은밀한 장소들로 퇴각하여 몸을 숨기는지라, 그들을 찾아낼 수 없었으며, 그들에게로 나아가는 이반자들이 있는 만큼 그들의 수효가 매일 더하여지더라.
